The royal Wedding attire of Rajasthani Bride & Groom

The Rajasthani groom is not far behind, he perfectly matches the beauty & glamour of the beautiful bride. The groom is seen in a Sehra (turban) embellished with feathers & jewels. Tying of this turban is an art in itself. Experts known as Pagribands are called in for tying it.
The attires of the Rajasthani groom constitutes of Achkan in Golden color. The attire has fine embroidery on it. Next comes a gracious Churidhar, it perfectly compliment the Achkan.   When it comes to shoes they prefer the handmade Jhutis with colorful work on them. They also like to wear necklace studded with stones. On the waist they tie a sword. It gives them a royal look.

The modern grooms are going for attire that is a smart blend of traditional & western fashion. They go for cream colored Sherwani & light maroon Churidar Pyjama. Next comes Duptta, it is put on one shoulder. The preferred color for Duppta is red with Zari, Kundan & embroidery work on it.
